TBB Power SolarMate SP100-20 MPPT solar controller is a high efficiency 20A controller to maximise solar charging.
Intelligent and easy to use 20A controller expertly designed with maximum efficiency of up to 99%. Complete with informative and easy to use Bluetooth App. Compatible with 12, 24 and 48V battery systems and PV arrays for optimal charging.
MPPT solar controllers maximise the charging current to batteries by changing their power output to match the output of the solar panel. MPPT controllers therefore outperform conventional PWM solar controllers in terms of efficiency and actual charging current to a battery bank / power to a load. The SolarMate range has a wide solar input voltage range, allowing the use of series and parallel configurations in 12, 24 or even 48V to maximise solar input, providing flexibility in your choice of solar panel. The SolarMate SP100-20 can accept input voltage up to 100V.
The maximum combined input solar power allowed for this controller is 294W for a 12V battery system, 588W for a 24V system and 1176W for a 48V system. In particular, the SolarMate SP100-20 MPPT controller will significantly increase efficiency of a solar array or system where the solar panel voltage is much higher than the battery voltage (e.g. charging a 12V battery with a 36V solar panel). This controller also features advanced communication technology, which offers the user the opportunity to monitor and program parameters for the solar charge controller and load settings from the TBB SolarMate app or by PC update via the RS485 port. Multiple mounting holes for ease of installation.
This solar controller comes complete with a two year warranty.
